AIRSLIDE - Sampla Belting offers a comprehensive range of Poly Airslide
and HI Temp fabrics both in woven and needled fabrics
for use in air gravity conveyors . Air gravity
conveyors are used to move dry particle material in a variety of
industries such as cement, detergent, transportation (bulk haulers,
barges), flour and starch.
Our products are
semi-permeable (allow air to pass through, but not product) and
manufactured to meet specific permeation ranges ensuring that uniform
volumes of air are allowed to pass through, given standard air pressure.
Poly Airslide - the Poly Airslide is manufactured in 4, 5 and 6 ply
from durable and abrasion resistant polyester fabrics that are resistant
to mildew. The special construction of the fabric does not clog up as a
result of system downtime and allow for easy release of product.
SOLID
WOVEN BELTS IN COTTON AND POLYESTER - Solid woven belting
for the Biscuit, Cookie and Cracker Industry.
Bakery Duck - is recommended for oven infeed and oven
discharge applications. Can be supplied sewn endless (diagonal splice)
for rotary molders.
"A" Duck - special single ply twill weave pattern for
rotary molders.
Fine Weave - a tightly woven 2 ply is suggested for
many bakery applications such as: cooling conveyors, oven discharge and
infeeds.
HS Poly - a 2 ply, smooth weave, heat set polyester,
specifically designed for radio frequency oven use in heating and drying
applications. Can be supplied sewn endless or with special "plastic
spiral lacing" for easy and quick installation.
